Any additional services are outsourced and project managed by Progress Maintenance to afford more convenience through our ability to source and manage additional resources.

Preventative maintenance plan

The in-house contract consists of a preventative maintenance plan, where your workspace requirements are:

• Inspected and check-listed
• Assessed on occupational health and safety standards
• Reported on a monthly basis

Our methodology reduces medium- to long-term maintenance costs.
